Iščemo Full Stack Developerja, ki se suvereno giblje po celotnem stacku: od sheme baze in API-ja do uporabniškega vmesnika, s katerim stranka dejansko dela. Funkcionalnosti boš samostojno peljal/a od ideje do produkcije. Zasnoval/a boš podatkovni model, nad njim zgradil/a čist GraphQL API in vse skupaj povezal/a v hiter, odziven vmesnik v Reactu in Next.js. Vloga je praktična, usmerjena v produkt in ti od prvega dne daje veliko odgovornosti. Kaj boš delal/a: – prevzel/a odgovornost za funkcionalnosti od začetka do konca: od PostgreSQL sheme prek premišljenega GraphQL API-ja do dodelanega React/Next.js vmesnika, – pisal/a GraphQL queryje in mutacije, ki ostanejo učinkoviti in se neopazno ne sprevržejo v stotine klicev v bazo, – prenašal/a dizajne v kakovostne, odzivne UI komponente, – povezoval/a zunanje storitve: plačila, e-commerce platforme, e-pošto, oblačno shrambo, – že privzeto razmišljal/a o performansah in pravilnosti delovanja ter sledil/a obstoječim vzorcem, namesto da bi jih izumljal/a na novo, – sproti izboljševal/a strukturo in vzdrževanost kode na frontendu in backendu. openDAQ defines an abstraction layer for DAQ devices and signal processing blocks, designed to describe virtually any measurement system. What sets openDAQ apart from other standards (e.g. OPC UA, MQTT, ASAM, EtherCAT) is that it doesn't aim to stand apart from them, but to bring them into a shared ecosystem. We do this through translator modules that map other standards to and from the openDAQ model, so that existing third-party software can connect to openDAQ, and vice versa. As the Protocols & Connectivity software engineer, you'll own these translators. You'll design, build and evolve them, making sure they're secure, perform well under real-world data loads and conform to each protocol's standard. You will manage and support a dedicated, distributed team of 4 frontend/full-stack engineers (3 based locally in Ljubljana and 1 in Montpellier). You will collaborate daily with a dedicated Product Manager based locally in Ljubljana, while the team's overarching technical vision is further supported by 2 Staff Engineers reporting directly to the Engineering Director. We are looking for someone with Frontend or Full-stack experience. About the Role As the Engineering Manager for Ad Experience, your mission is to mentor, support, and empower your engineering team while collaborating closely with product and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional creative tools. Success in this role means establishing a highly trusting, psychologically safe environment where engineers can thrive, while ensuring the seamless delivery of our AI agent and core creative applications. Leadership or Distributed Work Experience: Proven experience guiding and supporting software engineers as a manager, team lead, or mentor; OR significant experience as a senior/principal engineer working autonomously in remote/distributed setups with a strong desire to transition into formal management. Technical Comfort: Strong understanding of modern web ecosystems, comfortably navigating across front-end systems (TypeScript, Angular, or React) and backend setups (Node.js, Scala, or similar). Collaborative Communication: Fluent English with strong active listening skills, empathy, and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving. Location: Right to work in Slovenia (Ljubljana-based hybrid setup). Bonus Experience building or scaling rich web applications, WYSIWYG editors, canvas tools, or complex web ad formats. Exposure to integrating AI/LLM models or intelligent scoring systems into intuitive, user-facing products. Hands-on experience nurturing cross-border collaboration between international engineering hubs (e.g., France and Slovenia).
