At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support environment. A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows, Linux and macOS systems, including desktop and mobile platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365 services. Experience integrating desktop and mobile devices into enterprise IT environments, including network, file, email and collaboration services. Knowledge of virtualisation and VDI technologies (e.g. VMware Horizon).Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
