Are you ready to make an impact with your networking expertise? We are looking for a Network Consultant who takes ownership of customer environments, ensures stability and security, and actively contributes to improving network performance and reliability. You will be employed by Open Line Vitaly, part of Consica, and work as an integrated part of Open Line, the Netherlands' leading managed services provider. In this setup, you work close to both the customer and the technology, with direct influence on outcomes. Your role: In this role, you are responsible for delivering and operating network environments for a defined set of customers. You ensure network infrastructures are secure, stable, and efficient, while continuously identifying and driving improvements. You work with technologies such as firewalls, switches, and routers, and contribute to network upgrades, optimizations, and the implementation of new solutions across different customer environments. The team: You will be part of a customer-focused team that operates as an extension of Open Line's organization. The team owns its environments end-to-end and works closely together to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Collaboration is direct and hands-on, with clear ownership and a strong focus on technical quality. You work alongside network engineers and other IT specialists (Microsoft, Linux…), supported by a Team Manager and coordinated in daily operations by a Team Coordinator. Senior Network Engineer (Software Development / DevOps Team) Full-time | Remote (+/- 1 CET) | Flexible working hours We are looking for a Network Engineer to own and evolve the network infrastructure that connects and secures the CyberNoc platform, which runs almost entirely in the cloud. Our network footprint lives predominantly in AWS, with Palo Alto Networks firewalls providing a centralized security layer across our environments. We would need your energy for: - Design, build and operate secure, highly available cloud networking across our AWS environments — VPCs, transit gateways, VPNs, load balancers and routing. - Managing and hardening our Palo Alto security layer.
