The role: In this role, you are responsible for delivering and operating Managed Cloud environments for a defined set of customers. You ensure Microsoft environments are secure, stable, and efficient, while continuously improving performance and quality. You work across both traditional infrastructure and modern workplace solutions and contribute to migrations, optimizations, and the adoption of new technologies. The Team: You will be part of a customer-focused team that operates as an extension of Open Line's organization. The team owns its environments end-to-end and works closely together to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Collaboration is direct and hands-on, with clear ownership and a strong focus on technical quality. You work alongside Microsoft Consultants and other IT specialists, supported by a Team Manager and coordinated in daily operations by a Team Coordinator.
