At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support environment. A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows, Linux and macOS systems, including desktop and mobile platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365 services.
