About the Opportunity & Team This role sits within the Ad Experience team, reporting directly to our Engineering Director based in Montpellier, France. This team is responsible for driving the complete lifecycle of a Creative on the Enterprise side of Teads. We build the core tools that bring digital ads to life: Studio: Our flagship WYSIWYG web application designed to craft and animate rich ad experiences. Creative Editor: A guided workflow for building streamlined creatives quickly and intuitively. Ad Delivery & Players: Proprietary in-browser players that seamlessly render ad formats across millions of web pages. A major strategic priority for the team is expanding our capabilities by building an intelligent AI agent. This agent will empower creators inside and outside of Teads to design high-performing creatives faster through an innovative, AI-based design scoring system. You will manage and support a dedicated, distributed team of 4 frontend/full-stack engineers (3 based locally in Ljubljana and 1 in Montpellier). You will collaborate daily with a dedicated Product Manager based locally in Ljubljana, while the team's overarching technical vision is further supported by 2 Staff Engineers reporting directly to the Engineering Director. About the Role As the Engineering Manager for Ad Experience, your mission is to mentor, support, and empower your engineering team while collaborating closely with product and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional creative tools.
